Today we our training session will be "O". We will focus on the vertical pressing movement. This will include the mighty "strict press". This is an exercise many of you felt you were not very strong and successful but the truth is that it is a difficult exercise that was your strongest as a whole. It would be good to come in and get a warm up set or two before we begin so set 1 can be a "working set", not a prep set. The average symmetric strength score on this one was 55.4. In comparison, the average front squat was 35.2. That is all for today. See ya when I see ya!
