Today's workout will be our 4th and final installment of "H". Also known as "Helga" to a few of you. The primary focus of the day is the Horizontal Pulling movement pattern. The upper posterior chain is key for posture, shoulder health and just flat out real world strength. For most of you, today will be about maintaining the same lifting volume- Same weight and reps. We will get our goal of "a little more" from the trail portion of the day.

Today we will match our last H workout and run a little further.
