It is the end of the week. Bodies are probably a little tired. Minds are probably a little tired. It is time to buckle down for one more session this week. Positive attitude is the first step to success. Today we have "N" for the 3rd time. The Pendlay Row and seated row will be the primary exercises. Get yourself warmed up well, I will write more about this next week. By the time you begin, your body should be very prepared. The posterior chain is about to have some fun.
