Today we shall head to the lower pavilion again for the 3rd installment of training session "U". Vertical pressing is our primary focus today. You have a homework assignment. I want you to go through Your Strava feed and look for medals. I want you to start at most recent and work down. Look for medals. I want you to start making a spreadsheet of your top 3 times in your 400m, 1/2 mile, 1k, 1 mile, 2 mile, 5k. I will use Kelly as an example. On Oct 3rd, Kelly got 5 Silver medals. She did her second best 2 mile, 1 mile, 1k, 1/2 mile and 400m on Strava. She can keep scrolling through until she has 15 different times. She also needs to track which were on roads vs trails. Maybe color the font on road runs. I will do this as well if you need a visual. It is possible that you won't have any longer runs logged particularly if you make your runs as 3 separate runs. That's ok. Let's look and see what we DO have. There might be an easier way to find it at all in one place in Strava, I just haven't found it yet personally. Start working on your running PR spreadsheet. See ya in the woods.
