Today will be the third installment of "M". We will focus on the back squat. Running intensity will probably be a little lower, running focus should not be. Your focus on your running technique at an easy pace is the key to the trail section today. Why does this matter? Well, it keeps you safe and builds habits. When running technique is bad, we trip and fall a lot more and usually have more aches and strains.
